General information only
The guides on this site are general information, not professional advice. Every property is different; a licensed contractor's evaluation of your land, and the county office's reading of its own rules, are what count.
A referral service
LandClearingPowhatan.com connects landowners with independent contractors. We don't guarantee a contractor's availability, pricing, or work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, LandClearingPowhatan.com is not responsible for work performed by contractors or for decisions made based on information on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
